El Programa de Contaduría Pública de la Universidad del Sinú Elías Bechara Zainúm Seccional Cartagena, busca formar Contadores Públicos, comprometidos con el desarrollo empresarial del país, capaces de dar respuesta a las necesidades del sector empresarial en los sistemas de información, control y gestión que soportan las decisiones económicas, fiscales, financieras y estratégicas de las organizaciones a nivel nacional e internacional, con profundo sentido de responsabilidad social, formación investigativa, énfasis en emprendimiento y sentido humano.

Ser un programa reconocido por la alta calidad de sus estudiantes, docentes y egresados, liderando la producción academica, la movilidad nacional e internacional de docentes y estudiantes y la formación de profesionales en Contaduría Pública; proporcionando a la sociedad egresados innovadores, con actitud gerencial, pensamiento crítico, competitivos y con sólidos valores éticos.

El programa de Contaduría Pública, asume los principios y valores institucionales acogiéndolos e interpretándolos de acuerdo con su accionar profesional y formación integral, de la siguiente forma:

Valores éticos: They must be respected by each and every one of the members of the Universidad del Sinú, both in their internal and external relations with clients, the community and the State. These values are: Honesty, Justice and Integrity.

Quality: It is the continuous improvement in internal processes and the elevation of the quality of life of man. At the Universidad del Sinú, it is the commitment of all its members. Its purpose is focused on the comprehensive training of professionals with sufficient theoretical and practical structuring to adequately respond to the needs and demands of the region and the country to achieve higher levels of competence.

Research, innovation and creativity: Train people with a spirit of research and creation of new and different things, capable of facing the challenges that arise in their personal and professional performance with a multitude of options, in the face of scientific developments and the permanent changes in society, knowledge and of the information.


La sociedad espera mucho de la profesión contable. Es esencial para los contadores profesionales aceptar y observar los principios éticos que regulan todas sus relaciones. Los valores, ética y actitud profesionales identifican a los contadores profesionales como miembros de una profesión y deberían ser las bases de todo lo que ellos hacen como profesionales. (IAESB, 2008). Por lo anterior el programa de Contaduría Pública de la Universidad del Sinú se fundamente en los siguientes valores:

El contador público de la universidad del sinú Elías Bechara Zainum es un profesional integral con conocimientos teóricos en las ciencias contables, capacitado para reconocer, presentar, revelar y asegurar la información financiera bajo la regulación comercial, contable y tributaria vigente. El Contador Público egresado de la Universidad del Sinú Elías Bechara Zainúm Seccional Cartagena tendrá su campo de acción definido debido a que todas las organizaciones tienen vinculación con las areas propias del Contador Publico, ya sea en forma directa o indirecta por lo que tendrá la capacidad de; liderar equipos de auditoría y revisoría fiscal, dirigir el área de control interno, emplear las normas tributarias, aplicar las normas de informacion financiera para generación de informes, proponer soluciones a los problemas empresariales, tomar decisiones haciendo uso de las herramientas tecnológicas, encargarse de los sistemas de costos y del manejo del presupuesto de la organización.

Más de Diez años de experiencia en el sector educativo, desempeñando los cargos de Docente en programas de pregrado, cursos y diplomados de educación continua, Jefe Disciplinar y actualmente Jefe del programa de Contaduria Publica de la Universidad del Sinú.

Mas de Quince años de Experiencia profesional en el Sector Empresarial comercial, de servicios y de económica solidaria como Contadora Publica, Asesora Financiera y tributaria.

Las inscripciones en la Universidad del Sinú “Elías Bechara Zainúm”, Seccional Cartagena, se realizan semestralmente. Para el éxito de tu inscripción debes seguir los siguientes pasos.

1. Diligencie el formulario de Inscripción en línea www.unisinucartagena.edu.co
2. Imprima el formulario, firme y pegue las fotos en el recuadro correspondiente.
3. Enviar documentos completos en PDF al correo promotoramercadeo6@unisinucartagena.edu.co
4. Verifique que los documentos aportados sean los solicitados en los requisitos de inscripción
5. Si sus documentos cumplen con los requisitos de inscripción recibirá notificación de APROBADO, en caso contrario recibirá notificación de RECHAZADO y podrá subsanar lo requerido, dentro de las fechas establecidas para la inscripción.
6. No se tendrán en cuenta los documentos remitidos vencida la fecha de entrega, sin excepción.
