TYPES OF MOBILITY

The University of Sinú, Cartagena Campus, offers a variety of academic mobility programs designed to meet the specific needs of its students, faculty, and researchers. These options, ranging from short stays to longer immersion programs, are designed to enrich the academic and personal development of participants. Through these initiatives, the university seeks to broaden cultural horizons, strengthen global competencies, and promote new learning opportunities in national and international settings.

The University of Sinú, Cartagena Campus, promotes student mobility as a key tool for the comprehensive development of its students, providing them with the opportunity to broaden their academic and cultural horizons. Through various exchange programs, students can enrich their education and gain experiences that strengthen their global competencies. Student mobility is designed to adapt to the specific needs and objectives of each student, offering both in-person and virtual options.

1. ACADEMIC MOBILITY
It allows students to participate in academic exchanges at national and international universities, attending classes, carrying out extracurricular activities and immersing themselves in new cultures.

Period: 1 semester – 1 year.

2. EMOVIE
It offers the opportunity to take courses, attend seminars and participate in activities academic remotely, allowing students continue their training from anywhere in the world.

Period: 1 semester

3. CLINICAL ROTATIONS
Aimed at students in health programs, These rotations allow them to do practical work in renowned hospitals and medical institutions, both in the country and abroad, enriching their professional training 

Period: 2 months – 1 year.

4. PROFESSIONAL INTERNSHIPS
Through inter-institutional agreements, the Students have the opportunity to do internships professionals that allow them to apply their knowledge in a real work environment and acquire experience in their field of study

5. INTERNATIONAL VOLUNTEERING

Period: 6 Weeks.

6. SUMMER COURSES
These are advanced, competency-based training courses. specialized, proprietary and in international cooperation of the university; which allows national and internationals access high-level training with a complementary offer in tourist services, cultural and sporting activities, which make the school the best option in Academic Tourism.

Period: 1 - 3 Weeks.

7. RESEARCH INTERNSHIPS

8. PARTICIPATION IN EVENTS

9. DOUBLE DEGREE PROGRAMS

REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY FOR IN-PERSON MOBILITY

• Be an active student.
• Consistency between the applicant's profile and the program to be carried out.
• Undergraduate Academic Average 3.80.
• Undergraduate Academic Average for participate in a 4.0 scholarship.
• Have completed and passed the 40% of your study plan or be enrolled by at least in the third semester in a undergraduate degree.
• Not having any disciplinary sanctions or academic.
