CRIMINAL, TAX AND DISCIPLINARY LAW
The Legal Office of the Universidad del Sinú Elías Bechara Zainum Cartagena sectional within the area of jurisdiction of the Fiscal and Disciplinary Criminal Law, in addition to the integral with other areas of Law, attends the criminal processes that are heard by the Municipal Judges and the Delegated Prosecutors before these, as well as the Police Authorities, as attorneys-in-fact of those involved. Likewise, in criminal proceedings under the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Jurisdiction, as representatives of the civil party and ex officio, in criminal proceedings as spokespersons or defenders in court.
