The Legal Office of the School of Law of the University of Sinú "Elías Bechara Zainúm" Cartagena Section, is constituted as a space for social and educational innovation that complements the comprehensive training of the students of the Law School, for their professional, ethical practice. and responsible in pursuit of a fairer society, through the provision of assistance services and legal advice to people who, lacking patrimonial assets, are compromised, actively or passively, in one or more of the matters provided for in article 30 of Decree 196 of 1971, Law 583 of 2000, Decree 765 of 1977 and Law 1123 of 2007.
