With 65 offices destined not only for the provision of quality oral health services and specialized dentists, but also for the training of undergraduate students and future postgraduate students of the University of Sinú Elías Bechara Zainúm -Cartagena section-, in the most important areas knowledge and work of the dental discipline, the Cartagena de Indias Dental Clinic is inaugurated.

This new and modern Dental Clinic has approximately 4,000 square meters in its entirety. In its area it has physical spaces for external consultation, oral and maxillofacial surgery with two operating rooms for surgical care of all types of oral and maxillofacial pathologies. It is located in the headquarters of the Universidad del Sinú in Plaza Colón, in the El Country neighborhood, on one of the most important roads in the city such as Transversal 54. 

The Cartagena de Indias Dental Clinic makes an important commitment to reach all types of population, not only in Cartagena and the Department, but also in the Caribbean region and the country in general. It will have special care for patients with cleft lip and palate and will also offer a 24-hour emergency service that will have all the aids of oral radiology and diagnostic images and tomography.

In addition to being a training center and service provider par excellence, the Cartagena de Indias Dental Clinic has three fully equipped waiting rooms with capacity for 150 people. It also has waxing, simulation, prosthetics and cad-cam laboratories with state-of-the-art equipment to provide services in the area of oral rehabilitation. It will have the provision of general dentistry, periodontics, pediatric dentistry and maxillary orthopedics, orthodontics, oral rehabilitation, oral and maxillofacial surgery, oral radiology, panoramic radiography and tomography services.
