On August 13, Cartagena hosted the “Vision that connects” meeting, organized by the Colombian Federation of Optometrists (Fedopto), an exclusive space that brought together professionals and graduates to share experiences, generate connections and discuss the challenges and opportunities facing optometry in Colombia.

The meeting, held at the Mabare restaurant, was attended by Marcela Huertas Achury, national president of Fedopto And with the participation of several graduates from the Optometry program at the University of Sinú – Cartagena branch, these spaces represent an opportunity to maintain a permanent connection with its graduates and continue strengthening the links between academia and professional practice.
