La Universidad del Sinú Elías Bechara Zainúm seccional Cartagena, en procura del bienestar de la comunidad estudiantil y del personal administrativo, ha dispuesto los siguientes cambios en el procedimiento de legalización de matrículas con financiación ICETEX.

If you are going to RENEW your ICETEX credit (The previous semester you legalized your registration with ICETEX):

  1. Perform the update of ICETEX data in the following link Click here
  2. Download the generated document, sign it and scan it.
  3. Please update your details and those of your joint and several debtor at the following link Click here

If you are going to change the joint and several debtor, you must notify the email in advance renuevatuicetex@unisinucartagena.edu.co to request an appointment for the signing of internal guarantees.

4. Send the renewal request to the email renewtuicetex@unisinucartagena.edu.co indicando tus datos personales (nombre completo, código, programa, celular). Debes adjuntar el volante de matrícula, pantallazo del promedio de notas del último semestre cursado, la actualización de datos firmada del paso 2 y el recibo de Servicio Público de energía.

NOTE: Remember that you must be in good standing with ICETEX to carry out this procedure. The data requested in the university form are the data of the student and the joint and several debtor registered in the virtual form of the university the previous semester.

If you are going to legalize your registration with ICETEX for the first time:

The student must have the approval of the ICETEX credit. The request is made directly on the ICETEX page through the following link Click here

  1. The student updates his data and that of his joint and several debtor in the following link Click here
  2. Request an appointment for the signing of internal guarantees to the mail auxcreditoicetex@unisinucartagena.edu.co indicating your personal data (full name, code, program, cell phone). You must attach a copy of the student's ID, a copy of the joint debtor's ID, and an updated registration form. and utility bill. Please specify if you reside in the city or in a different municipality.
  3. Once the information has been verified, within a maximum period of 3 business days, an appointment will be assigned to sign guarantees or the instructions for signing non-face-to-face guarantees will be sent to you, as applicable.
