• To offer a curriculum with interdisciplinary content for the economic, legal and social context of Labor Law and Social Security in elective courses.
• To promote the study of science and the scientific method as the research system for obtaining valid knowledge in the handling of matters concerning Labor Law and Social Security within an economic, legal and social context.
• To contribute to the social function of collaborating with the authorities in the preservation and improvement of the legal, economic and social order of the Colombian State, and in the realization of a correct and complete administration of contractual, legal and regulatory relations within a spirit of economic coordination and social balance.
• To generate scientific knowledge through the production of academic work with investigative rigor for publication on research related to the field of Labor Law and Social Security within an economic, legal and social context.
• To explain the normative, economic and social system of the Colombian State in matters of Labor Law and Social Security according to the global, regional and local context, in order to propose solutions to conflicts of national and international relations from comparative law.

Once the academic program is completed, the student is able to opt for the respective degree through the Legal Act called DEGREE.

• Having completed and passed all valid subjects and modules required by the respective program.
• Having obtained a total weighted average of no less than three point five (3.5).
• Cancel the graduation fees required by the University, pro-culture stamp, photocopy of Identity Documents enlarged to 150% and be up to date with all concepts, with the University.
• Not to be involved in a disciplinary process or to be serving a serious sanction.
• Having completed the practical work and application required by the program.
• Comply with all the specific requirements of each program in addition to the general, mandatory requirements, which must be made known in a timely manner.

* Coterminal programs give undergraduate students at our university the opportunity to complete the first semester of a postgraduate program, whether a specialization or a master's degree, while finishing their undergraduate studies, fulfilling the graduation requirement to obtain their professional title and simultaneously advancing their postgraduate studies.

  Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the relevant entity in the country of origin, or
  sealed by the Consul of Colombia, apostilled or with an apostille from The Hague.
• Academic grades: Undergraduate transcript and grading scale
  weighing.
• Resume: Updated and verifiable supporting documents
• Language: If your native language is not Spanish, you must demonstrate proficiency in the
  language, a B1 or B2 level of Spanish proficiency (upper-intermediate) certification
  according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)
• Specific requirements: Depending on the postgraduate program, an interview may be required.
