With the aim of highlighting the professional and work experience of Unisinuanos graduates who, with ethics, commitment and tenacity, have built a trajectory of great impact in the field, the University of Sinú, Elías Bechara Zainúm awards distinction to 12 graduates.
In 2022, a program was designed and implemented to evaluate the experiences of graduates at Unisinú by conducting 12 panels of experiences with graduates to learn about their progress in relation to their professional, work and academic development after graduating.
These spaces are aimed at students, specifically those in their first and final semesters. On the one hand, they seek to highlight the positive aspects of each profession through the experiences of graduates in the workplace, which translates into motivation and identification among students; and on the other hand, to integrate the results of graduates' perceptions and experiences of their professional activity into reflections on improving training and academic practices.
