The specialization in State Contracting seeks to contribute to the training of professionals with knowledge, skills and techniques that help, through professional practice, with the harmonious development of society, the country and the organization, especially on the coast.
This comprehensive training is supported by a curriculum that promotes humanistic technical training, with a marked social responsibility, as well as by encouraging student participation in the development of activities related to the regional and local context.
The training offered to students is that required to allow them to perform suitably as a specialist in State Procurement, since the program combines the main criteria and disciplines of the functions of the Specialist in Procurement, using the concepts, techniques and practices developed in the Law. Its design focuses on making and executing decisions and generating innovative ideas.
The design of the program has been done comprehensively so that there is a close relationship between all the topics covered.
The specialist in State Procurement will be a professional with a broad spirit of leadership and social and ethical responsibility, creative, innovative, up-to-date, who makes timely decisions so that they can adopt correct decisions that are in accordance with Social, Legal, and Political changes.

- Registration form duly filled out with the photos in the corresponding spaces and signed.
- Photocopy of the degree certificate and the professional degree diploma*
- Two photocopies of the card extended to 150%*
- 3x4 size photo.

ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS FOREIGN APPLICANTS
- Photocopy of passport
- Undergraduate degree or its equivalent that accredits you as a professional must be validated by the Ministry of National Education of Colombia. All documents that are not in Spanish must be translated.
- . The certificates and the diploma must have the apostille stamp of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or Entity in charge of this procedure in the country of origin.
