The Universidad del Sinú Seccional Cartagena actively promotes the signing of academic, cultural and scientific cooperation agreements with foreign universities and institutions of recognized quality.
These agreements seek to promote the mobility of undergraduate and postgraduate students; of teachers, researchers and administrative staff; joint study programs, development of Spanish courses for foreigners; support for the linguistic competence of the university community abroad, establishment of stable networks of collaboration in teaching and research; exchange of experiences and publications and the positioning of the university at an international level.
