In the facilities of the Santillana headquarters of the University of Sinú, Elías Bechara Zainúm, Cartagena Section, the Global Village event was held, a multicultural fair that makes all attendees aware of the customs, music, languages and gastronomy of different countries of the world.

For this opportunity, the meeting was attended by six countries: Germany, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, China and Mexico, represented by their own and exchange students. Likewise, assistants from Languages and the Department of International Relations participated with the support of AIESEC, foreign students and volunteers from other universities and foundations in the city.

During the day there was a sharing of experiences among the participants, who were able to make contact with the students, administrators and teachers of the institution, in order to strengthen cooperation and international academic exchange.

The Internationalization Department of our university will continue working to strengthen the processes that allow students to acquire experiences in other countries and thus enrich themselves in cultural, academic and human issues.
