Course Description
The Seminar on happiness at work is relevant at the present time when the knowledge society accustoms us to filter our lives in a cooperative approach where not egocentric sharpness prevails but collective intelligence, that is, the protagonists of the decisions are the communities, therefore, require a high interest in taking into account the opinion of the other, the ability to recognize our mistakes and give participation to those who require and demonstrate the ability to be promoted.
This course will allow us to move forward and motivate each worker to decide to be happy with the work they have the privilege of performing. To achieve the development of personal skills for better social interaction, personal fulfillment and definition of goals at work within our good life project.
Course Objectives
- Analyze and implement new attitudes in the face of the challenges demanded by interactions in the business environment, such as: self-control, emotional wisdom and collective intelligence.
- Motivation to growth in leadership and the construction of adequate self-esteem in each participant.
- Tear down mental paradigms of insecurity, selfishness, fear among others.
