We seek that our professionals critically and responsibly assume their role as psychologists and development managers of their environment, through their solid training to contribute to the advancement of the discipline, strengthening their comprehensive training and the community in which they are. immersed. For this, we ensure the permanent updating of its curricular contents to allow discussion of the fundamental problems of the psychological discipline, as well as the vision of the historical development of the profession.
The Psychologist (a) graduated from the University of Sinú, Cartagena section. It is characterized by being a professional capable of:
- Lead and general professional action processes that lead to a response to the development needs and management of individual, organizational and community circumstances.
- Become a permanent researcher of human behavior, its origins, its causes and effects, in such a way that they can innovate in intervention actions that facilitate coexistence and individual and collective well-being.
- Innovate and investigate. The Psychologist of the Universidad del Sinú will have conceptual and attitudinal clarity before the changing and conflictive environment of the cultural, social and communicative diversity of the region.
- Be recognized for your ethics, high commitment, leadership and ability to intervene in the processes involved in your professional action.
El Psicólogo(a) en el Contexto Organizacional:
Diseña, aplica y realiza la evaluación, selección de personal, estudio y análisis de cargos y funciones, programas de desarrollo del talento humano y todos aquellos aspectos que conlleven al mejoramiento del clima organizacional y al desarrollo colectivo.
Psicólogo(a) en el Contexto Clínico:
Se refiere a la atención y asesoría a individuos, pareja y familia. Diseño, planeación y ejecución de programas de salud mental preventiva.
Psicólogo(a) en el Contexto Social y Comunitario:
Formulación y evaluación de proyectos de investigación y de acciones de intervención social y comunitaria.
Psicólogo(a) en el Contexto Educativo:
Diseño, aplicación y evaluación de modelos de desarrollo de las instituciones educativas, consejería, seguimiento y orientación a estudiantes y a la comunidad educativa en general. Programas de Bienestar Estudiantil.
Psicólogo(a) en el Contexto Jurídico:
Estudio, análisis, explicación, evaluación, asesoramiento, promoción y prevención, a través, de métodos propios de la psicología científica, de aquellos fenómenos psicológicos y conductuales que inciden en el comportamiento legal de las personas.
