Our model focuses on offering an updated program, responding to changing trends at all times, through various strategies such as the permanent updating of the Syllabus, participation in knowledge networks in national and international events, academic routes, mobility incoming and outgoing teachers and students, research seedbed projects and application of PBL, ABR and ABPro strategies.

The Mechanical Maintenance Technologist graduated from the University of Sinú-Elías Bechara Zainúm, Cartagena branch, is an expert in establishing operational activities and managing their execution; has skills for the diagnosis and performance of predictive, preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance of equipment and systems in the Industry. It has the ability to monitor mechanical operating variables of systems and equipment in order to anticipate failures, in addition to improving a good or process through the alteration of mechanical parameters.
You can hold positions such as coordinator of the maintenance area, maintenance and mechanical project assistant, design analyst, industrial plant supervisor, business trainer in the mechanical area and manager of your own business.

If you obtained a Bachelor's degree abroad; must be validated before the Ministry of National Education of Colombia in the City of Bogotá, and if he presented state exams equivalent to the Tests KNOW 11°(previously called ICFES tests) outside the country, you must present them in Colombia or carry out their respective validation before the ICFES in the city of Bogotá before completing your enrollment process in any of the Undergraduate programs offered by the Universidad del Sinú Seccional Cartagena.

Admitted students who have paid the total value of the tuition and decide to withdraw from the university, must inform the corresponding school address in writing, complying with the procedures established by the Registrar's Office within the first 15 business days of starting the academic activities and will be entitled to a refund of the 70% of the value paid for registration; After this date, the student may withdraw and request the cancellation of the semester before the Dean, but will respond to the financial commitment acquired with the University of Sinú.
