We focus on providing a comprehensive study plan where strategies or tools of the study area are proposed and competitive and committed professionals are trained in dealing with different types of maintenance, the detection of failures that may occur in the near future or in the medium term the shutdown of a plant and/or accident that may affect people and facilities, and in generating the optimization of operating costs that impact economic well-being, the company's human resources and the environment.
We have inter-institutional agreements with companies in the industrial sector of Cartagena, with regional and national projection, which are constituted as natural laboratories and future scenarios of labor relations.
- Our study plan is developed in 6 semesters, which allow the timely insertion of the graduate in the labor market.

The Electrical Maintenance Technologist of the Universidad del Sinú-Elías Bechara Zainúm can hold positions in the area of industrial and commercial electricity, offering his services to both the public and private sectors, as an employee or as an independent professional to test and observe electrical conditions, intervene in electrical systems according to the result of their diagnosis, identify risks in maintenance tasks in accordance with technology and implement hygiene and industrial safety standards, among others.
Likewise, he is a professional expert in establishing operational activities and managing their execution for the diagnosis and performance of predictive, preventive and corrective electrical maintenance of equipment and systems in the Industry, having a wide field of development in companies in the electrical sector, marketing, industrial and provision of services, contractor and mining sector.

If you obtained a Bachelor's degree abroad; must be validated before the Ministry of National Education of Colombia in the City of Bogotá, and if he presented state exams equivalent to the Tests KNOW 11°(previously called ICFES tests) outside the country, you must present them in Colombia or carry out their respective validation before the ICFES in the city of Bogotá before completing your enrollment process in any of the Undergraduate programs offered by the Universidad del Sinú Seccional Cartagena.

Admitted students who have paid the total value of the tuition and decide to withdraw from the university, must inform the corresponding school address in writing, complying with the procedures established by the Registrar's Office within the first 15 business days of starting the academic activities and will be entitled to a refund of the 70% of the value paid for registration; After this date, the student may withdraw and request the cancellation of the semester before the Dean, but will respond to the financial commitment acquired with the University of Sinú.
