Rebirth of Hope Wellness Week
University Welfare on September 21, opened the Reborn Hope Wellness Week, with the development of different academic and pedagogical activities in which the different schools and administrative staff of the institution participated.
During the day, different leisure activities, cultural displays, talks on healthy lifestyles, promotion of oral health, care of the environment, among other recreational activities that included the participation of the Unisinuana community were carried out.
Dairis Castillo Rodriguez, a student at the School of Nursing, commented: “In the Wellness week I was able to learn many things, mainly knowing how to properly wash hands, how to keep the distance between groups of people and how we should put on the mask properly, I also learned about the importance of clean air for our children. lungs, how it benefits us and caring for the environment. Thank you Bienestar for allowing us these spaces to learn and make use of them on a daily basis”.
For this reason, Bienestar Universitario promotes these activities in order to generate participation spaces in the academic community where the recognition of individual and collective capacities is encouraged, through the educational process of the different training dimensions of the areas of Health, Culture, Human Development, Socioeconomic Promotion, Sports and Recreation, in contribution to the integral formation for each one of the members of the university community.
