The Dentistry program at the Universidad del Sinú, Cartagena Section, is nationally recognized for its dynamic proposal, which integrates theoretical and practical knowledge to allow the student direct contact with dentistry from the first moment. From its pedagogical guidelines, it guarantees the training of suitable, purposeful dentistry professionals with the discipline to remain competitive even after graduation. Since 1999, when the School opened its doors, it has a qualified teaching staff, with specialties, master's degrees and doctorates to develop each of the areas of the career. In 2005 it was welcomed into the Colombian Association of Dentistry Faculties, ACFO, as an active member, certifying the quality and suitability of the program before its peers, and opening doors in the area of research for teachers. In 2010, it received acceptance to OFEDO-UDUAL, Organization of Faculties, Schools and Departments of Dentistry – Union of Latin American Universities.
The Dentist graduated from our institution will be characterized by:

The Dentist of the Sinú University, Cartagena Section will be able to perform:
- In private and organizational practice.
- In the direction, management and execution of health promotion programs, disease prevention, health education at the community level in official and/or private entities.
- As a researcher in the problems of the community that allows you to find relevant and innovative solutions.
- Independent clinical practice or with dependency relationship, administration, management coordination of institutions that are part of the general social security system and manager of their own company.

If you obtained a Bachelor's degree abroad; must be validated before the Ministry of National Education of Colombia in the City of Bogotá, and if he presented state exams equivalent to the Tests KNOW 11°(previously called ICFES tests) outside the country, you must present them in Colombia or carry out their respective validation before the ICFES in the city of Bogotá before completing your enrollment process in any of the Undergraduate programs offered by the Universidad del Sinú Seccional Cartagena.

Admitted students who have paid the total value of the tuition and decide to withdraw from the university, must inform the corresponding school address in writing, complying with the procedures established by the Registrar's Office within the first 15 business days of starting the academic activities and will be entitled to a refund of the 70% of the value paid for registration; After this date, the student may withdraw and request the cancellation of the semester before the Dean, but will respond to the financial commitment acquired with the University of Sinú.
