UNISINU WELCOMES EXCHANGE STUDENTS 2021
The University of Sinú, Elías Bechara Zainúm, Cartagena Section, received 50 exchange students from institutions in Mexico, Argentina and Peru. The students, who attended virtually, were welcomed by Dr. Galo Armando Lara, Academic Director, and Dr. Ricardo Ballén Salinas, Head of International Relations. During the day they participated in the presentations and educational activities carried out by the Office of International Relations, University Welfare and Academic Management.
The exchange students come from the following institutions: University of Sonora, National University of Cuyo, National University of Mar del Plata, Autonomous University of Tamaulipas, University of Colima, Autonomous University of Yucatan, Provincial University of Eizeiza, National University of the Northeast , Autonomous University Entre Ríos, National University of Tucumán, Technological University of Tula Tepeji, University of Sciences and Arts of Chiapas, Autonomous Metropolitan University, National University of José Clemente Paz, National University of the Northwest of the Province of Buenos Aires and Norbert University Wiener.
From the Internationalization department spaces are opened with the purpose of generating international, multicultural and global competences in the university community, so that the members of the academic community are trained as citizens of the world.
Thanks to incoming and outgoing academic exchanges, the institution strengthens international cooperation ties with allied universities and therefore opens the possibility for all students to have an international academic experience that generates a positive impact on their personal and professional profile.
