The SINING research hotbed belonging to the School of Nutrition and Dietetics of the University of Sinú Sectional Cartagena, together with the DESFOT hotbed belonging to the Antonio de Arévalo TECNAR Technological Foundation, developed the project "Implementation of a sensory evaluation system through the use of computer tools”

This project is a clear example of interdisciplinary work and open innovation, to obtain results with applicability in the environment.
