With the goal of organizing the 26th University Art Festival, a meeting of cultural coordinators from various higher education institutions in Cartagena was held last Tuesday, April 18th, at the Santillana campus. Participants included cultural leaders from the University of Sin\u00fa, the University of Cartagena, Rafael N\u00fa\u00f1ez University, Comfenalco Technological University, El Mayor University Institution of Cartagena, and Unitecnar.
\nThis meeting was a good opportunity to discuss topics such as the regulations, the organization of the congresses for each cultural modality, the places where the festival will be held, and the participation of the local group Charanga Joven as honorees in this edition of the festival.
