With the implementation of this initiative, the University of Sin\u00fa, El\u00edas Bechara Zain\u00fam, Cartagena Section, on behalf of the private and educational sector and with the Government of Bol\u00edvar Primero from the public sector, commemorate International Women's Day with forceful actions that add to the fight and defense of women's rights.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Bolivarian women now have the first "Pink Legal Clinic" in the department and the country, which opened its doors on March 7 to provide comprehensive care aimed at strengthening the support network for the accompaniment, protection and respect of women, teens and girls.<\/span><\/p>\n

This office is the product of the commitment and joint action between the University of Sin\u00fa, Cartagena section through the Government of Bol\u00edvar through its Women's Secretariat and the first lady of the department, Natalia Eljach.<\/span><\/p>\n

“Every day we are innovating in our processes and creating strategies that provide comprehensive training. For this reason, with this inauguration and in alliance with the Government of Bol\u00edvar, we mark a milestone for Cartagena, Bol\u00edvar and the country, where we bet on social attention and entrepreneurship, so that more women can have a space that allows legal accompaniment and reestablishment of their rights<\/em>\u201d, stated Rolando Bechara Castilla, rector of the University.<\/span><\/p>\n

For his part, Vicente Antonio Blel, governor of Bol\u00edvar, said: \u201cWe are going to dignify the Bolivarian woman,<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

To access the consulting services, those interested may visit the facilities of the Universidad del Sin\u00fa, Cartagena Section, from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and on Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. There they will be attended by trained personnel of the University. This office will also be mobile, that is, it will be able to reach and serve women in different Zodes throughout the department through itinerant sessions.<\/span><\/p>\n
