At the Santillana headquarters of the University of Sin\u00fa, El\u00edas Bechara Zain\u00fam, Cartagena Section, the opening of the campaign was carried out\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>"By\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>the\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>health, reconciliation and peace, from Covid-19 you must take care of yourself\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>where ex-combatants who joined the peace process received training through the Fundaci\u00f3n Evoluci\u00f3n Caribe, which leads the campaign,\u00a0<\/span>\u201cStabilization and consolidation of peace in post-conflict territories through social and economic reintegration<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

This activity, in addition to being a contribution to the prevention of\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>Covid-19,\u00a0<\/b>has as its main focus all\u00a0<\/span>communities that often have little access to information, is aimed at promoting social integration to the extent that the leaders of our organizations help identify and solve local problems. These are important actions that promote reconciliation and coexistence in the territories.<\/span><\/p>\n

The event featured the epidemiologist,\u00a0<\/span><\/span>alexis\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>bouquets\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>White<\/span><\/strong>, who gave a lecture on how the virus arose, how it should be protected and what to do in case of being infected, sensitizing the inhabitants on how to properly use biosecurity elements, the attendees were also given kits of face masks, gloves and alcohol.<\/span><\/div>\n

This activity is supported by the German Cooperation, in partnership with the University of Sin\u00fa, the Agency for Reincorporation and Normalization - ARN, Common Solidarity Economies - Ecomun, Verification Mission, the mayors of the municipalities of\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>Colos\u00f3, Ovejas, Morroa and Los Palmitos, in Sucre; San Jacinto, Turbaco, El Carmen de Bol\u00edvar and Cartagena, in Bol\u00edvar;\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>Manaure and Fonseca, in La Guajira, and in Cesar.<\/div>\n
