Course Description
\n<\/b><\/p>\n

The Internet today is significantly different than it was in the last few decades. Today, the Internet is much more than email, web pages, and transferring files between computers. The Internet is evolving and is becoming an Internet of Things. Computers, tablets, and smartphones will no longer be the only devices that access the Internet. Internet-ready and sensor-equipped devices of the future will include everything from automobiles and biomedical devices to home appliances and natural ecosystems. With a growing population accessing the Internet, limited IPv4 address space, NAT issues, and the Internet of Everything, the time has come to begin the transition to IPv6.<\/p>\n

GENERAL OBJECTIVE
\n<\/strong>Train engineers, technologists and\/or technicians in the area of networks and infrastructure of organizations in the knowledge of the IPv6 addressing protocol and its implementation.<\/p>\n
