Course Description:
\n<\/b>Nutritional coaching is a specialty of coaching that works with the patient to achieve the desired goals in the process of a diet.
\nOnce the patient begins the most appropriate diet according to their needs, a nutritional coach can guide them along the way, seeing what limits them, enhancing what motivates them and closely monitoring their emotional changes. Sometimes it is necessary to observe the different areas of life to detect if there is any of them that prevents successfully meeting the nutritional objective. And it is that nutritional coaching has an approach in which you will be the protagonist and responsible for your own process, having a greater guarantee of success in the diet process. In the course, in addition to offering you the most suitable diet for you, through nutritional coaching we also accompany you in this process of change, analyzing what paralyzes you to continue with the diet and promoting what motivates you.<\/p>\n
