Within the first fifteen (15) business days from the beginning of classes, the student can add, withdraw courses or request changes of groups from their semester program, following the procedures established by the Directorate of Admissions, Registration and Control, and can carry out said self-service request.\n<br>\n<br>\n<strong>PROCESS<\/strong>\n<ul>\n \t<li><strong>Fill out the Addition and Withdrawal of Courses format<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1wW4auX-gWOiXYq5u6lFTRB-c-LLN2uSR\/view\" target=\"_blank\">Click here<\/a><\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Send the format filled out for authorization to the email address of the Program.<\/strong><\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Sending of the authorized format by the School Director to the Academic Registration Office within 15 business days of the start of Classes.<\/strong><\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Response from the Office of Admissions, Registration and Academic Control on the completed process.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div> <div role=\"tabpanel\" class=\"tab-pane\" id=\"thim-widget-tab-21776748907-1-58\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/unisinucartagena.edu.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/solicitud-de-certificado-universidad-en-cartagena.jpg?w=640&#038;ssl=1\"><br><br>\nLa oficina de Admisiones Registro y Control Acad\u00e9mico expide constancias de estudios y certificados de notas, los estudiantes y egresados que solicitan certificaciones de intensidad horaria, contenidos program\u00e1ticos y pensum deben solicitarlos directamente en su direcci\u00f3n de escuela. Para solicitar un certificado tenga en cuenta lo siguiente:\n<ul class=\"check\">\n \t<li>Enviar su solicitud al correo auxcontable4@unisinucartagena.edu.co indicando C\u00d3DIGO\/ APELLIDOS Y NOMBRES\/No. de DOCUMENTO DE IDENTIDAD.<\/li>\n \t<li>Dentro de 24 Horas se le enviar\u00e1 el volante de pago del certificado.<\/li>\n \t<li>Una vez cancelado el volante de pago, debe remitir al correo secretaria_registro@unisinucartagena.edu.co para la expedici\u00f3n correspondiente.<\/li>\n \t<li>El certificado ser\u00e1 enviado a su correo a los 5 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles de haber recibido el pago.<\/li>\n        <li>The certificates will be sent to the mail registered in the Institution.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div> <div role=\"tabpanel\" class=\"tab-pane\" id=\"thim-widget-tab-31776748907-1-58\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/unisinucartagena.edu.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/solicitud-de-retiro-universidad-en-cartagena-02.jpg?w=640&#038;ssl=1\">\n<br>\n<br>\n<strong>ARTICLE No. 51 OF THE STUDENT REGULATIONS - <\/strong>\n\n<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>VOLUNTARY RETIREMENT.<\/strong>\n<br>\n<br>\nThe student may withdraw for reasons of force majeure or fortuitous event and request the cancellation of the academic semester before the Dean by dated written communication, but will respond to the financial commitment acquired with the University of Sin\u00fa - El\u00edas Bechara Zain\u00fam. Only the voluntary suspension within the first 15 business days of the start of classes, entitles the 70% to be refunded the value of the registration if the payment was in cash. If the registration payment was financed, the 35% of the value of your registration will be sanctioned. The student may request his reinstatement for the semester following the withdrawal and the subjects that he advanced will be understood as not taken. After the first fifteen (15) business days and up to the eighth week, the student may request his reinstatement for the semester following the withdrawal and the subjects that he advanced will be understood as not taken, without this leading to any refund of the value of your registration.\n<br>\n<br>\n<strong>PROCESS<\/strong>\n<ul>\n \t<li><strong>Fill out the VOLUNTARY WITHDRAWAL format.<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1whAUaFSZLoX6jPw0k-3O8RmUIj3gRvP4\/view\" target=\"_blank\">Click here<\/a><\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Send the format filled out for authorization to the email address of the Program.<\/strong><\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Sending of the authorized format by the School Director to the Academic Registration Office within 15 business days of the start of Classes.<\/strong><\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Response from the Office of Admissions, Registration and Academic Control on the completed process.<\/strong><\/li>\n        <li><strong>Remission of Format to the Administrative Direction in case of applying refund of the 70% of the value of the Enrollment.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<br><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ARTICLE No. 44.
