The specialization program in Cirug\u00eda Pl\u00e1stica: Reconstructiva y Est\u00e9tica<\/strong>\u00a0of the School of Medicine of the University of Sin\u00fa El\u00edas Bechara Zain\u00fam Sectional Cartagena<\/strong> desarrolla de conformidad con el Proyecto Educativo Institucional (PEI) las siguientes dimensiones de las competencias tanto b\u00e1sicas como profesionales necesarias en la formaci\u00f3n del Cirujano Pl\u00e1stico: Reconstructivo y Est\u00e9tico.<\/p>\n

Cognitive:<\/strong>
\nThe student will develop the ability to optimize their mental processes, which will enable them to apply medical-surgical knowledge in the elaboration of value judgments and the development of critical thinking. This competence enhances the description, explanation, conceptualization, analysis and interpretation of current surgical regulations and the selection of standards for the solution of professional medical problems, that is, the ability to be proactive.<\/p>\n

Communicative:<\/strong>
\nIt seeks to develop this competence, to claim the value of dialogue as an element of cohesion in the doctor-patient relationship, to respect others as valid interlocutors, to express oneself clearly and coherently verbally and in writing, issuing opinions and concepts, arguing, proposing and actively listening to the opinion of others.<\/p>\n

\nBusca esta competencia que el m\u00e9dico en formaci\u00f3n del \u00e1rea quir\u00fargica de la Escuela de Medicina de la Universidad del Sin\u00fa Seccional Cartagena desarrolle el dominio de sus emociones y auto control, sean coherentes en la manifestaci\u00f3n de las mismas, de igual manera a manejar situaciones en donde se evidencien manifestaciones inadecuadas de emociones por parte de los futuros especialistas.<\/p>\n
